Each cabin also goes on a 2-3 hour canoe trip. How do you see yourself doing withthis?

Please detail any conflicts.
There are times during the course of the summer when Counselors will participate in most every aspect of the program. This may, from time to time, included helping out in the kitchen, maintenance, basic first aid (we provide training) or other areas of need. We have found that such flexibility provides a nice break from the routine of daily camp life. How do you see yourself fitting into this?

Camp Frontier is non-sectarian children's camp. We will have campers from all and no faiths. We have a spiritual life aspect to camp which includes the areas of self respect, respect for others, no swearing, conservative content of conversations, appropriate dress, no drug use or premarital sexuality. To this, there is an appropriate daily theme (set by a prayer at morning and evening flag) and which staff are to incorporate into camp life when ever possible. All staff will have related responsibilities either through direct leadership or by example. Spiritually, how do you see yourself fitting into this program?

Twice each week, campers are encouraged to attend "Late Night"; a program teaching Christian morals, praise and worship songs, and a message relevant to issues the campers face each day. What experiences (church, home, school, other) have you had which will contribute to your role in our Spiritual Life program?

Intentionally, Camp Frontier is a rustic, traditional summer camp. The Lodge and main indoor activity area is air-conditioned but the cabins are not. (There are lights and fans in the cabins) Restrooms and showers are near the cabins. Days are long and hot and often visited with refreshing rain. Did I mention bugs, mostly mosquitoes ( Florida's state bird :-), How do you see yourself working in such a setting?
Please explain any physical, emotional, or other limitations which would restrict you from any camp activities or job requirements.
How would you deal with a homesick camper?
How would you deal with a camper who does not listen to your instructions?
If interested in the Program Director position, what leadership experience have you had?
