Culinary Arts Program

Love to cook? Our Culinary Arts Program provides hands on training with a professional teaching chef. This progran can be added to any week. The additional cost is $250 per week.

Our Culinary Arts Program campers develop skills in a hands-on program intended to encourage their creativity. Under the instruction of a professional Culinary Arts instructor, Campers explore baking and cooking, receive training in sanitation and food safety, proper tool and equipment use, food preparation, nutrition and health, units of measurement and conversion, food safety procedures and hygiene, and international cuisine.
The Culinary Arts Program can be added to any week in every session. The additional cost of $250 per week includes all materials and small group instruction. Culinary Arts Campers att the program one morning period for the entire week.
