Sleep Away Camp at Florida's Camp Frontier
There is no better experience for a child than Sleep Away Camp. Children, from age 7 to 17 enjoy a unique opportunity for adventure and personal growth. There are many benefits from the OverNight Camp experience. The greatest of these comes from personal growth while being "away from home at Sleep Away Camp".
We offer up to 8 weeks of Sleep Away Summer Camp. While our programs, activities, and policies are based upon decades of summer camp tradition, we strive to meet the ever-changing needs and challenges faced by today’s youth in a kind and caring community.
Should EVERY Child go to a
Sleep Away Camp?
In a word . . . "No".
If a child is combative, resentful of authority, tends to endanger themselves or others, bullies or fights with peers, then this child is NOT ready for Sleep Away Summer Camp.
NOTE: While we applaud camps with programs designed to help these kids, Camp Frontier is not designed for children with severe behavioral challenges.
